Will my box have the same items as displayed in the photos?
The photos are a representation of the type of cookies/candies that will go into your box. Your box will not include the exact items, but your requested items with the your custom order flare.
Are substitutions or special requests allowed?
Substitutions are allowed only where noted.
If shipping items, can you guarantee their delivery date?
TC Nance Customer Cakes Is a local shop with national shipping on some items. See each item discription. We deliver local and arrange pick up local. For shipped items, we provide tracking but TCNance, LLC cannot be responsible for the package once it is delivered to the shipper. We use USPS as our shipper.
When will my cookies arrive?
Cookies are scheduled to ship between December 10-December 15, 2023.
Can the Holiday Cookie Tray be shipped?
Yes, but the tray will not be included. You will see two options, local with tray and shipped without.
